DENIOS offers masks and breathing protection equipment to protect against fumes and harmful gases including the reusable respirator that offers lightweight comfort and ease of use. Work activities may result in harmful substances contaminating the air in the form of dust, mist, gas, or fume. Workers may also need to work in areas where oxygen levels are low, for example, confined spaces, such as a chamber or tank.

If you have a work environment that has the potential to expose workers to breathing dust, fogs, fumes, mists, gases, smokes, vapors, or sprays that could be harmful to their health, then respiratory protection will be required.
There are two main types of respiratory protection. The first is air-purifying respirators (APRs) that remove contaminants from the air that a worker is breathing by filtering out the particulates. This includes respirators that capture particles in the air like dust and fumes. Other respirators in this category will filter gas and vapors and usually use cartridges to do so.
The second type of respirator is supplied-air respirators (SAR). This type of respiratory protection uses a remote source of fresh air that is supplied to the wearer. Some types of this protection include airline respirators and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) respirators.
The protective glove must be selected accordingly for its use. At DENIOS, you will find protective gloves in the following categories cut protection, chemical protection, heat and cold protection as well as protection against mechanical risks. Renowned brands such as Honeywell, Ansell, Showa, Radians, and Mechanix Wear all have the necessary seal of approval.
DENIOS is the expert for environmentally friendly storage and safe handling of hazardous materials. Another vital aspect of daily production is the protection of human life. Combining safety, efficiency, and effectiveness, DENIOS offers both safety equipment and practical assistance for day-to-day operations. These are essential in order to avoid health complications and explosions and fires.
DENIOS Breathing protection equipment is designed to protect the wearer from these hazards.
Before employees wear respiratory protection it is necessary to check carefully whether this measure can not be avoided by taking alternative technical or organizational protective measures. As a rule, the following points are checked:
Are there alternatives for the used hazardous substance or can it be completely avoided?
Can the release of the hazardous substance be avoided?
Can the hazard be contained at the point of origin?
Can the activity also be carried out from a less hazardous location?
Can the pollutant be detected at its place of origin, for example by suction?
Only if none of these measures can be carried out successfully, must personal protection equipment be used, in this case, respiratory protection.
