Occupancy Chemical Storage Buildings

DENIOS Occupancy Chemical Storage Building designs provide more storage flexibility, enhancing the efficiency of the structure over competitive models. Choose from over 25 standard sizes to provide the optimal space for storing your hazardous chemicals or processes.

Designed for occupancy by personnel, DENIOS also provides numerous options to enhance safety, efficiency, and security in all our Occupancy Buildings. Most models are FM Approved.

The DENIOS System

The DENIOS System of Storage Lockers, Occupancy Buildings, and Non-Occupancy Buildings specifically addresses the material handling and processing needs of the client. All our structures are designed for placement indoors or outdoors and can be easily relocated via crane or forklift. All provide options for fire rating, explosion protection, and temperature control. All designs address what and how much is being stored and how often it needs to be handled. And all are compliant.

Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and cooling technology for regulation of the indoor climate. Reliable air conditioning for heat or frost-sensitive stored goods is necessary in many industrial areas in order to protect stored chemicals from harmful temperature influences.

FM approvals are the independent testing arm of the international insurance carrier, FM Global. FM approvals use scientific research and testing to make sure products conform to the highest standards for safety and property loss prevention. Products that pass get the “FM APPROVED” mark.
