Parts Cleaning & Washing Tables

Parts Cleaning with DENIOS

Parts Cleaner - Washing Tables - Parts Cleaning Tank

In many different industrial sectors part cleaning units are used for a variety of purposes: to clean or degrease small components or in preparation for paint and print processes.

The DENIOS bio.x product range, for use by one or two employees, replaces solvent-based cleaners with environmentally friendly biological cleaning agents that are not subject to solvent valuation. The combination of the bio.x parts cleaner unit and bio.x cleaning fluid creates an environmentally friendly system.

This ergonomic and user-friendly system comes complete with a comprehensive range of accessories and most important - remember that due to the lack of solvents, it is not harmful to the health of employees

Parts cleaning with DENIOS

Part cleaning is becoming increasingly important in almost all industries. What has long been regarded as not worth adding has been appreciated for several years as a technically necessary process. It is only through a process-safe cleaning that the upstream machining processes themselves are added value, and the further processing of the work piece is ensured. Industrial Parts Cleaning uses various methods to free components of metallic and non-metallic materials from contamination and debris. It is often necessary to decide which cleaning method to use, depending on the product. The choice of the right method depends on various factors, such as the type of components, the degree of pollution, the type of pollution and the degree of purity required. DENIOS Parts Cleaners and washbasins can clean components of different sizes and geometries. In the DENIOS assortment you will find:

  • Solvent Cleaning Products
  • Products for solvent-free
  • Parts Cleaning
  • Cleaning agents and additives
  • Cleaning and immersion tanks
  • Ultrasonic cleaner
  • Small Series Cleaning Tables

Manual and automated Parts cleaning

Cleaning with liquid media is the most commonly used technology in industrial parts cleaning. The application and the range of requirements for cleaning systems, cleaning liquids and mechanical cleaning support are accordingly broadly diversified. Many of the commercial cleaning tables are assigned to the manual cleaning technologies. Light dirt on simple components, such as oils, fats or loose particles, can be removed by brush cleaning, for example. Automated or partial mechanical processes rely on spray cleaning or ultrasound. Here, the parts are cleaned in a closed system over a specified period. Stubborn contaminants, such as rust or oxides, are effectively cleaned with these processes. Ultrasound devices, on the other hand, are the first choice for heavy contamination of components with complex geometries. Emulsions or shavings are examples of such contaminants.

Parts cleaner without solvent

Solvent-containing cold cleaners are effective, but quite demanding in their application. Often fumes are created that can damage the environment as well as the health of the user. Fire and explosion hazards are added, and the question is quickly raised as to whether part cleaning without solvent could not be a good alternative. In the legal requirements for surface cleaning installations, the Solvent Ordinance stipulates that plant operators must demonstrate that they do not exceed the specified limit of VOC emissions (volatile organic compounds). To be able to completely dispense with solvents, DENIOS has developed the bio. X program. Here, environmentally friendly cleaners are used on a biological basis, which is not subject to labelling. In the bio. X program, the cleaning table and cleaner are optimally coordinated to provide an environmentally friendly and ergonomic complete system for part cleaning.

There are some things to consider when cleaning parts with solvents. The solvents include, among other things, hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons (CKW), as well as chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). Mixtures of these substances are also included. Preparations of solvents for cleaning and degreasing at room temperature are called ' Cold cleaners.' The term includes emulsions and aqueous cleaning media. As mentioned at the beginning, emissions can occur that can have a negative impact on health and the environment. In addition, many of these substances are flammable. Therefore, it is prudent to use solvents for partial cleaning. Also, there are increased safety requirements for washbasins where solvents are used.

The solvents used in the sense of the Hazardous Substances Ordinance are subject to labelling

The solvents have a flash point below 131 degrees fahrenheit

The policy for cleaning work pieces with solvents determines what is to be considered. At DENIOS you get a stand or table equipment made of sturdy sheet metal or in a plastic version. Connections for 13 and 53 gallon barrels are available. Depending on the model, patented self-sucking circulation pumps are installed. These are maintenance-free.
